On the land of de Hobbitstee, one of the oldest communities in the Netherlands, a unique sustainable circular house is being built by its residents and other volunteers, architects, local contractors and the municipality of Westerveld. For the construction of house de Deel, local and natural materials are used as much as possible. The house is inspired by the Earthship of architect Michael Reynolds,
